Guide To Our Programs At Dorn Companies, we offer several different programs, each with their own focus and cost-savings benefits: PainFree™ Program is for clients who want an early-intervention, wellness program that will slash their workers' compensation costs, healthcare claims, short and long-term disability costs, and reduce their OSHA recordables. Trauma Release Therapy (TRT)™ Program is a workers' compensation cost-reduction program. If your client's interested in reducing worker' compensation costs, this is the program for them. We have large amounts of data to show significant cost savings, as well as reduction in customers' x modification factor. DoorStep™ Program is a worker's compensation cost-reduction program that catches employees who are "on the doorstep" of filing a claim and offers them an alternative. The employee can elect to enter our PainFree program, which doesn't count as an OSHA Recordable. PrimePrevention™ Program offers significant value for your clients by providing group ergonomics training and injury-prevention stretching classes, presented in conjunction with our PainFree and TRT Programs.
