We have developed a four-stage process to ensure you save money:

Early Intervention Screening We begin with our PrimePrevention Program, when we use early intervention screening tools designed to identify employees who have correctible health conditions. The employer can then address these conditions before they become chronic and expensive. We also use our proprietary pain survey to identify employees who have painful muscular conditions. Pain is the single, most expensive, correctable health for most employers. Treatment Once PrimePrevention has assessed problems, We then have our Pain treatment programs. PainFree, DoorStep, and TRT Programs that directly address your employees' pain. Dorn Companies' programs are based on our highly respected treatment system called Trauma Release™ Therapy. We have developed standardized deep manual therapy treatment protocols consisting of more than 90 specific protocols or methods for treating each specific type of pain condition. Our highly trained specialists come to your workplace and deliver hands-on therapy to quickly, safely, and effectively treat headaches, neck and shoulder pain, hand and arm pain, low back, hip, knee and leg pain. Many of these painful muscular conditions are commonly known by employers as repetitive motion injuries, repetitive stress injuries, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, slips and falls, strains and sprains. They are also described by employees as numbness, burning, aching, pain & tingling sensations. Our techniques not physical therapy or a feel good massage; this is deep, satisfying kneading and stretching of the affected muscles. What we do is relieve employees pain, before they file workers compensation or health care claims, start being absent, talking medications or slowing down their productivity. All of this, of course, saves the employer money, and, raises employee morale. Ergonomics & Stretching PrimePrevention Follow-up Program In economical group training sessions, we teach, train and raise awareness about the importance of ergonomics. We teach employees which injuries occur most often because of poor ergonomics, we also offer remedies, and teach basic workstation adjustments. We also do economical group stretching. These sessions teach common workstation stretches, specifically aimed at employees' problem conditions. Any employee can participate and benefit. Research and Results We measure everything we do and give the results to you. You can see how much our programs save you. We also conduct research studies for our clients who wish to more deeply assess our programs impacts. Often these studies are published in research journals or magazines.
