The DoorStep program offers an alternative treatment choice to employees who are "on the doorstep," ready to file a workers' compensation or healthcare claim for muscular pain. Employees are given the choice of trying our on-site PainFree Program, which offers a quick, easy solution. If an employee elects to take advantage of PainFree treatment, he or she never gives up the right to file a claim or go to a clinic.



This is the perfect program for any business that wants to save money. We return to the employer two, three, or four dollars for every dollar spent on our programs. We guarantee it, and we can prove it.

The good news for you, as an employer, is that PainFree treatment is not OSHA Recordable. If the PainFree alternative works (which it almost always does), you avoid claims origination charges, doctor's fees, clinic treatment charges, lost time away from work, and more. The cost to you is generally less than 10% of the cost of a traditional claim and treatment. Because PainFree is not OSHA Recordable, the program reduces your workers' compensation claims, healthcare claims, work restrictions, disability costs, and modification factor.
