About Dorn Companies

Dorn Companies is a national healthcare provider helping employers reduce health care costs associated with employee pain and injury. Our innovative programs for treating and preventing common workplace injuries are proven to be significantly less expensive and more successful than conventional therapy programs.

Dorn Companies' programs are based on our highly respected system of treatment called Trauma Release™ Therapy. we have developed standardized deep manual therapy treatment protocols used nationwide consisting of more than 90 specific protocols or methods for treating each different type of pain condition.

Dorn Companies provides two complimentary programs of care:

  • Trauma Release™ Therapy (TRT) is a medically based worker compensation cost reduction program for employees with work-related injury claims.

  • PainFree™ is an early intervention program providing treatment to employees with painful muscular conditions. Employees are treated in the early stage of injury before pain becomes chronic and results in a workers’ compensation claim or employees seeking treatment through the employer’s health care plan. Both programs successfully reduce employer direct and indirect costs of treatment by thousands of dollars per claim while significantly improving employee productivity.

Dorn Companies began providing on-site treatment programs in 1999 to the State of Colorado and now provides treatment to over 200,000 public entity and private sector employees nationwide.
